Royal Buzz - Mead

Royal Buzz is similar to an ice wine. It is made by fermenting honey, yeast and water. The honey comes from our bees near Cache Creek, where they feed on acres of organically grown alfalfa. We also have hives in our blueberry fields. The mead is infused with a hint of caramel. Drink as a dessert wine or pair with desserts.

Pairings: Serve with sharp cheeses, fruits and nuts. Goes great over ice cream or serve as a slushy.
